Preparation
- Boil a large pot of salted water and add your choice of pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Cooking
- In the heated pan, lower the heat and add the cooked pasta, brie cheese, and a splash of the reserved pasta water.
- Toss everything together until the brie melts into a creamy sauce, adding more pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Stir in chopped fresh herbs and season with black pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
