Preparation

  3. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and stir the mixture until it is smooth and creamy, cooking uncovered for about 5 more minutes.
  4. Taste your creamed corn and adjust the seasonings as necessary.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
