  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. In a second bowl, pour the buttermilk.
  4. In a third bowl, place the crushed cornflakes.
  5. Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat well with the cornflakes.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spray the top of the chicken tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with a bit of oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
