  • 3 large Eggs Separated into yolks and whites.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar Stabilizes the egg whites.
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.
  5. Add cream of tartar and salt to the egg whites, mixing to enhance stability.
  6. Combine yolks and cream cheese, beating until fully blended and smooth.
  7. Clean the beaters and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
Baking
  1. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form 8 evenly spaced mounds.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Monitor baking time closely to avoid overcooking.
