  • 1 medium banana, sliced creamy and sweet
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped fresh and aromatic

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Hull the strawberries and slice them before adding to the bowl.
  4. Wash the blueberries and grapes, then add them to the bowl whole.
  5. Peel and slice the kiwi and banana, adding them to the fruit mixture.
  6. Chop a handful of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them over the top.
  7. Toss everything gently to combine, ensuring not to mash the fruit.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for the best flavor and freshness. If you're short on time, pre-cut fruit from the grocery store works well. To prevent browning, add a splash of lemon or lime juice to the banana slices. Mix in a dollop of yogurt for a creamier texture if desired.
