Fudge Base
  • 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk Adds creaminess and sweetness to the fudge.
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Provides a rich, sweet base for the fudge, can be dairy-free if needed.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds depth and enhances the overall sweetness.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness and enhances flavors.
Flavoring and Garnishing
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon Infuses the fudge with warm, aromatic flavor.
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar Adds a caramel-like sweetness and a hint of richness.
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon Extra touch for garnishing and flavor enhancement.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line the baking dish. Prepare an 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy fudge removal.
  2. Make cinnamon sugar. In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar and ground cinnamon, setting aside for later.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, add white chocolate chips and shake the cans of sweetened condensed coconut milk.
  2. Pour the coconut milk over the white chocolate chips and microwave for 90 seconds.
  3. Stir in ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt, whisking until fully combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the prepared cinnamon sugar mixture over the fudge and gently swirl it using a spoon.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm.
Serving
  1. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into 16 squares.
  2. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

Use quality white chocolate chips for a creamier texture. Allow the fudge to cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
