  2. STEP 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  3. STEP 3: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. STEP 4: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. STEP 5: Spoon half of the batter into greased ramekins; add the melted chocolate center, then top with the remaining batter.
Baking
