- Pour the cheesecake filling onto the baked crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- Return to the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
Serving
- Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for a while, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and texture.
- Carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy.
