Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Dressing
  1. In a small jar, add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Shake the jar well to combine the dressing ingredients.
Assembly
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Before serving, toss the salad again and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
