Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with the lime chili mixture.
  4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Salsa Preparation
  1. While the salmon bakes, prepare the salsa by combining diced mango, avocado, chopped cilantro, red onion, salt, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
Serving
  1. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  2. Top the salmon with the mango avocado salsa before serving.

Notes

For a little extra heat, add diced jalapeños to the salsa. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Let the salmon marinate in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavor.
