  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded or diced.
  • 1 packets taco seasoning Use to taste.
Toppings
  • 1 medium avocado Sliced.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, black beans, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle on taco seasoning to taste.
  3. Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Top with sliced avocado and shredded cheddar cheese.
