Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. While the chicken is grilling, wash and slice the strawberries and red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, strawberries, and red onion.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes and then slice it into strips.
  5. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl with the salad ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese and chopped walnuts on top.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss the salad gently to combine all the flavors.
