Preparation
  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the penne pasta until al dente, about 2 minutes less than package directions.
  2. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cool water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing, mixing well.
Serving
  1. Just before serving, gently toss in the chopped Romaine lettuce and croutons, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
