Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes on each side. Allow it to rest, then slice it thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, diced avocado, sliced grilled chicken, and Caesar dressing.
  3. Mix gently to coat the ingredients with dressing.
  4. Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the salad mixture in the center.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and squeeze lemon juice on top.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for later.

Notes

Marinate chicken in olive oil and lemon juice for juicier results. For a gluten-free option, swap to gluten-free wraps. Feel free to customize with additional veggies or spices as desired.
