Preparation
  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and stir until the meat is well coated.
  4. Mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth.

  1. Add cooked pasta, shredded cheese, and chopped bell peppers to the meat mixture.
