Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Boil the dry spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  4. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
Mixing
  1. In the same pot, combine cream of chicken soup, Rotel (with juices), sour cream, chicken broth, 1 cup of Mexican cheese, and seasonings.
  2. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Fold in the drained pasta and shredded chicken, ensuring everything is well coated.
Baking
  1. Pour the cheesy mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
