  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream For whipping.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar To sweeten the whipping cream.
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam For topping.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs For texture and crust-like flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted, to bind graham crumbs.
  • 1/2 cup blueberries Fresh fruit garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for blending.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt; beat until fluffy.
Cooking
  1. Whip the heavy cream and sugar in another bowl until medium peaks form.
  2. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Serving
  1. Transfer to a serving bowl, spread strawberry jam on top, cover, and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the dip before serving.
  3. Top with blueberries and serve with dipping options like graham crackers or fresh fruit.

Notes

Chill the dip for longer than an hour for an even firmer texture. This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
