- Step 1: Heat the Dutch oven on medium-low heat.

Cooking

- Step 6: Stir in tomato paste and garlic powder, cooking for 1 minute to incorporate.
- Step 7: Mix in hot sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Step 8: Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, scraping browned bits from the bottom.
- Step 9: Stir in rotini noodles and cook until al dente, adding water as needed.
Serving
- Step 10: Remove from heat, stir in Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, and optional chopped pickles.
- Step 11: Mix in half of the green onion, sprinkle the remaining on top before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding more hot sauce. Use low-fat cheese for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
