Preparation
  1. Prepare the pineapple by laying the spears on a pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. If the mixture seems thick, warm it in the microwave for a few seconds to make it easier to pour.
Grilling
  1. Brush the caramel mixture on top of the pineapple using a cooking brush.
  2. Grill the pineapple for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat, turning until the pineapple starts to turn golden brown.
  3. Brush any excess sauce from the pan back on top of the pineapple before serving.
