For the filling
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Tender and flavorful.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Creamy and rich.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adds heat and bold flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melts beautifully and adds flavor.
For the rolls
  • 12 pieces King's Hawaiian rolls Soft and sweet rolls.
For the butter mixture
  • 1/4 cup butter Melted for brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds aromatic depth.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings until well mixed.
  3. In a larger bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined.
  4. Slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filled bottom buns.
  7. Generously brush the tops of the rolls with the prepared butter mixture.
Baking
  1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Cut the sliders between each roll and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality buffalo sauce. Feel free to substitute ingredients to suit dietary preferences. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
