Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings until well mixed.
- In a larger bowl, mix together shredded chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese until thoroughly combined.
- Slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filled bottom buns.
- Generously brush the tops of the rolls with the prepared butter mixture.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the sliders between each roll and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality buffalo sauce. Feel free to substitute ingredients to suit dietary preferences. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
