- In a mixing bowl, toss frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, and sugar together.
- Dump the mixture into a food processor and pulse a few times. Process continuously for 30 seconds.
- Use a rubber spatula to scrape the bottoms and sides of the food processor. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and process until the mixture is thick and smooth, with no sugar granules remaining.
- Serve immediately as is or freeze for a few hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality frozen fruit. Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference and add vanilla extract or mint leaves for extra flavor.
