Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground beef Use high-fat ground beef for juiciness
  • 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for spiciness
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Sliced for freshness
  • 2 cups Lettuce Chopped as a base for the bowl
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced for tanginess

Method

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook for about 5-6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  2. Using a spatula, smash the beef into the skillet for extra crispiness, cooking each side for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add grated cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for about 1-2 minutes.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. While the beef cooks, chop the lettuce and slice the cherry tomatoes and pickles.
  2. In a large bowl, create a base layer with lettuce, followed by the cooked beef and melted cheese.
  3. Top with tomatoes and pickles. Drizzle with mayonnaise and ketchup before serving.
