Cooking
- Coat a baking sheet with the remaining olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the beet slices evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Sprinkle fine sea salt over the chips.
- Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, checking for crispness after 35 minutes.
Serving
- As soon as the chips come out of the oven, sprinkle a little more sea salt to taste.
- Enjoy immediately while they’re still warm for maximum crispiness.
Notes
For best results, keep slices consistent and monitor closely while baking. Can experiment with spices like garlic powder or paprika for added flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
