  4. Add sliced beef, cooking until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Add cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps.
  7. Pour in soy sauce, mixing thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  8. Finish with sliced green onions, tossing well to incorporate.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing rice to slightly crisp.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.

Notes

Use chilled or day-old rice for best texture. Cook in batches to maintain high heat and avoid overcrowding.
