- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the cottage cheese, mashed bananas, honey, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a second bowl, combine the oat flour with baking powder and baking soda.

Cooking
- Preheat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat and grease it with oil.
- Pour about 3 spoonfuls of batter per pancake and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
- Repeat as needed until all the batter is used.
