Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, salsa, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic, cilantro, and scallions until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and pepperjack cheese; stir to thoroughly combine.
  4. Heat the tortillas in the microwave between two paper towels until softened.
Filling and Baking
  1. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the filling onto the lower third of a tortilla and roll tightly.
  2. Place the rolled taquitos seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  5. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.
