Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the salsa.
  4. Grate both types of cheese and mix them in another bowl.
Cooking
  1. Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, top with cheese, and roll up tightly.
  2. Lay the rolled flautas seam-side down on the greased baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray the tops of the rolled flautas with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
  2. Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side.
