For the sandwich
  • 2 slices bread Any type of bread can be used.
  • 1 medium avocado Use ripe avocados for creaminess.
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese Provides a mild flavor.
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese Adds a sharper taste.
  • 1 tbsp butter Softened, for grilling.
  • to taste salt Enhances flavors.
  • to taste black pepper Adds a hint of spice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it thinly.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice with softened butter.
Assembly
  1. Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in a cold pan.
  2. Layer with Monterey Jack cheese, avocado slices, salt, black pepper, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
Cooking
  1. Turn the heat to medium and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, flipping once.

Notes

For best results, use good quality bread and ensure the avocado is ripe. You can add fresh herbs or spinach for extra flavor.
