Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream Creates a luscious sauce.
  • 1 cup asiago cheese Shredded for easy melting.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.
Vegetables
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables Such as bell peppers, broccoli, or spinach.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, then drain.
Cooking Chicken and Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in fresh vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix in asiago cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce, ensuring everything is well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Great for meal prep. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for up to three months. Consider marinating the chicken beforehand for added flavor.
