  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Crushed graham crackers for the base.

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Should be at room temperature for best results.
  • 1 cup Sugar Balances the tartness of the apples.
  • 3 large Eggs Binds the ingredients and adds richness.
  • 2 cups Fresh Apples Diced for mixing into the cheesecake.
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Enhances the warm flavor profile.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and pressing into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed to avoid overbeating.
  5. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center slightly jiggles.
  2. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for better flavor. Optional variations include using gluten-free ingredients and adding spices like nutmeg.
