Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, potato flakes, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add milk, eggs, and yolks, and blend to form a sticky dough.
  3. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
  4. Knead for 8 minutes, adding flour if needed until smooth.
  5. Coat a pan with oil, place the dough in, cover it, and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with partially melted butter.
  7. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle the mixture over the dough.
  8. Cut and roll the dough into strips; secure them and place in a parchment-lined pan.
  9. Pour cream over the rolls and let rise for 20-30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F, bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden.
  11. For icing, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla paste, and salt until smooth.
  12. Spread on warm rolls for the best melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Notes

For extra richness, use whole milk. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place. Don't skip resting time for flavor development.
