Preparation
- Use paper towels to remove excess moisture from the fruit.
- Reserve some mandarin oranges, cherries, coconut flakes, and nuts for decoration.

- Move the mixture to a serving dish and top with reserved fruit, coconut flakes, and nuts.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For additional flavor, you can toast the coconut flakes.
- If desired, substitute yogurt with a mixture of sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Garnish with fresh mint if using.
