  • 40 pieces Wonton wrappers Cut into triangles
  • 1 can Nonstick spray with olive oil For preventing sticking
  • to taste pinch Flaky sea salt For seasoning
  • various as desired Other seasonings (optional) Your favorite spices or herbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the wonton wrappers in half diagonally to make 40 triangles.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Cooking
  1. Place the wonton triangles in the basket in a single layer, not touching. Work in batches if necessary.
  2. Spray the tops with olive oil spray and lightly sprinkle with sea salt or your choice of seasonings.
  3. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 3-4 minutes, checking at 3 minutes, until lightly golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before eating.
Serving
  1. Enjoy the chips on their own, with crab dip, sweet chili sauce, or any of your favorite Asian dishes.

Notes

Make sure to cut the wonton wrappers evenly for uniform cooking. Experiment with various seasonings for added flavor. Allow the chips to cool before eating for extra crispiness.
