Preparation
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all pieces are coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. For medium doneness, look for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
