Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb Steak (tender cut like ribeye or sirloin) Choose well-marbled for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Helps to crisp the outer layer.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Adds aromatic depth.
  • 1 tsp Onion powder Provides an additional savory note.
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika For a hint of smokiness.
  • 1 tsp Salt Essential for balancing flavors.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Essential for balancing flavors.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional) For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all pieces are coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  2. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. For medium doneness, look for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  3. Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, choose well-marbled steak, and use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness. Refrigerate seasoned steak bites for up to 24 hours before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
