Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
  3. Immerse each slice of bread in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
  4. Let any excess liquid drip off the slices.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
Cooking
  1. Place the soaked slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully flip the slices and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, topped with fresh fruit and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, use slightly stale bread and grease the air fryer basket before cooking. Let cooked toast sit for a minute after cooking for optimal crispness.
