Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the potato balls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry the potato balls for about 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Check for a crispy exterior and melty interior before removing.
Serving
- Carefully remove the potato balls using tongs.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like salsa or ranch.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Chilling the potato mixture helps maintain shape. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
