  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Main protein component

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and evenly season with the spice mixture.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes, then carefully flip with tongs.
  2. Continue air frying for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from the air fryer and generously top with BBQ sauce.
  4. Return chicken to the air fryer and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Notes

Always preheat your air fryer for best results. Experiment with different BBQ sauces for varied flavors.
