Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer. Heat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 300 degrees F.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into slices 1/4 inch in thickness. Place banana slices in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and oil.
  4. Pour the cinnamon oil over the bananas and carefully mix together to ensure the banana slices are coated.
Cooking
  1. Place banana slices in a single layer in your air fryer (you may need to do 2 batches).
  2. Cook for 25-28 minutes at 300 degrees F, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  3. Remove from the air fryer basket and let cool for 5-10 minutes to help the banana chips crisp up.

Notes

Store cooled banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature. They typically last for 3-5 days. For a different flavor, try adding a pinch of nutmeg or experimenting with other spices.
