Description

Ingredients

1/2 can tuna (drained)

1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped red onion

1 tbsp diced celery

Salt and pepper to taste

2 slices whole grain bread


Instructions

Mash tuna and chopped egg together in a bowl.

Stir in yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, onion, and celery.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
