Ingredients

- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken or tofu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Add coleslaw mix and protein to a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, tamari, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
