A fast, no-cook keto egg roll in a bowl made with coleslaw mix, pre-cooked protein, and bold Asian-inspired flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken or tofu
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Add coleslaw mix and protein to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, tamari, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  • Pour sauce over the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
