Ingredients

- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cucumber
- n1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (or Greek yogurt)
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add ice if desired and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
