Description

This detox drinks smoothie is hydrating, anti-inflammatory, and naturally energizing. It blends lemon, cucumber, and greens with high-protein add-ins for a belly-fat-burning, gut-friendly powerhouse.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • n1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Add ice if desired and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add a pitted date or a small piece of mango.
  • Always use unsweetened protein powder to keep sugar low.
