Description
This whipped cottage cheese dessert is the perfect no-cook treat creamy, sweet, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (whipped or smooth)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 banana or handful of berries
1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
1 tbsp crushed graham crackers or granola (optional)
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
Fold in fruit and nut butter (if using).
Spoon into serving bowl or jar.
Top with granola or crushed crackers.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
Use low-sodium cottage cheese for a heart-healthy version.
Double the batch and store in fridge up to 3 days.
