How It All Started
NoCookProtein.com didn’t begin with a nutrition degree or a marketing plan. It started in my grandmother’s tiny Michigan kitchen, where the oven was more storage than appliance. She taught me that good food didn’t require heat just heart, creativity, and a little resourcefulness.
I still remember sitting at her wobbly table, watching her turn canned tuna, plain yogurt, and celery into something delicious. It wasn’t just a meal it was comfort. It was connection. That early lesson stuck with me through years of diets, meal preps, and health fads that left me feeling more tired than satisfied.

Why No-Cook Protein?
Fast forward to adulthood: I had kids, a career, and zero time. I wanted meals that were:
