- ½ cup protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, protein powder, and chia seeds in a large bowl.
- Warm nut butter and honey together until soft.
- Stir vanilla extract into wet mixture.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sea salt.
- Press mixture into parchment-lined 8×8 dish.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
Notes
Bars can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen up to 3 months. Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
