Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix oats, protein powder, and chia seeds in a large bowl.
  • Warm nut butter and honey together until soft.
  • Stir vanilla extract into wet mixture.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and sea salt.
  • Press mixture into parchment-lined 8×8 dish.
  • Chill for 30 minutes, then slice into bars.

Notes
